NON- DISCRIMINATION What is discrimination? Elfa Group values a diverse workforce and expects hiring managers to observe applica- ble laws against discrimination. Employment decisions like hiring, pay, title, promotion, discipline, termination, or working conditions should be based on a person’s ability or performance, not irrelevant personal factors.
