BBQ / RIBS Slow cooked, fall off the bone succulent ribs SLOW COOKED PORK LOIN BACK RIBS Serving Suggestion CODE PRODUCT QTY 84756 Wichita Pork Loin Back Ribs Random Weight (Approx 1.3kg) METHOD Preheat the oven to 150ºC on fan bake setting. Cut into sets of three ribs. Put a dry rub on both sides. Place them into an over dish bone side down. Don’t overlap them. Normally one slab fits into a pan. Put in just slightly less than ¼ cup of water into the pan. Cover tightly with tin foil. Bake for 3 hours. Remove the ribs, glaze lightly with your favourite BBQ sauce (a sweeter sauce works better). Throw them on the BBQ on high heat to caramelise. If you’d rather caramelise in the kitchen, set the oven to the broiler function and turn the heat up high. We recommend you keep a close eye on things and as soon as the sauce starts to bubble, pull the ribs out. TO SERVE Serve with a side of sauce for dipping, your favourite sides and lots of serviettes!
