Chef’s Corner PRO TIP: Seasoning your BBQ I learnt this from my Maitre D’ Edward 30+ years ago, once your Bbq is clean cut an onion in 1/2 so you can see the rings, dip in olive oil and grease your Bbq bars and flat top grill, lightly sprinkle fine salt over then BBQ, works on smokers too.
