MAPLE GLAZE PREP TIME 20 mins COOK TIME 1 hour 30 mins SERVINGS 10-15 INGREDIENTS 1 pre-cooked ham (8-10kg) 20-30 whole cloves ½ cup Maple Syrup ½ cup Brown Sugar 220g crushed pineapple in syrup 2Tbsp wholegrain mustard 1 Tbsp lemon juice Salad greens INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 160°C bake. 2. Remove the skin from the ham to leave an even layer of fat. With the tip of a sharp knife, score the fat in a diamond pattern and stud the diamonds with cloves. 3. Whisk the maple syrup, brown sugar, crushed pineapple, mustard and lemon juice together. 4. Using a pastry brush or your hands, rub half the glaze over the scored surface of the ham. ½ 5 .
