CHATBOT & LIVE CHAT GUIDE Q1: Does the Chatbot operate 24 hours? Yes, Chatbot will be able to answer and support your enquiries 24hours. However, for questions that are unanswered, our team will review it daily to ensure that we can provide accurate answers and upload as a standard reply in a timely manner. Q2: Will the Chatbot have further enhancements in the future? Yes, the Chatbot is still learning, and we will continuously enhance our options in the Chatbot based on questions asked by ABOs/APCs. Please continue to share your questions and look out for upcoming communications on future enhancements. Q3: Is the Chatbot and Live Chat the same thing? No, the Chatbot is an integrated answering bot which is programed to answer your questions to the best of its ability. However, when you don’t get a correct response, you may connect with our “Live Chat Agent” for further assistance. Q4: Do Live Chat Agents operate 24 hours? No, our Live Chat agents follow the Call Centre’s operation hours. You may get support from our Live Chat agents, Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm & Saturday at 12noon – 7pm.
