Welcome to Trinity and congratulations on starting this exciting chapter of your life! This cookbook was created by our brilliant Trinity alumni who were once in your shoes. This collection of recipes is designed to make your transition to college life a little easier - and a lot tastier. These are the dishes that got our alumni through late-night study sessions, early morning classes, and everything in between. We’ve included recipes that are quick, easy, and perfect for the limited kitchen equipment you might have. We know that cooking can seem daunting, especially if you’re used to having meals prepared for you. But trust us, these recipes are designed with beginners in mind. You’ll find a range of hearty dinners, and even some treats for when you need a little pick-me-up. Most of the recipes can easily be doubled if you want leftovers or to share with housemates. Don’t worry if you have dietary requirements – there’s something in here for everyone. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and most recipes offer easy substitutions.
