A message from the Dean of Trinity Business School A key pillar of the Trinity Business School strategy is to continue to promote diversity and inclusion in our School and in the business community as a whole. We will achieve this by continuing to develop the Pathways to Business programme, aimed at widening access to education across all cultural, demographic and economic groups. Through this programme we encourage higher numbers of new students from under- represented socio-economic groups, we support these students during their studies and we promote their transition to careers in which they can achieve their potential to contribute to business and society. Pathways to Business bridges the gaps between students from lower socio-economic groups and the business community. This is a win-win for all involved, as past experience has shown that these students make a significant contribution to our School and to the companies in which they subsequently pursue their careers. Although Trinity Business School makes a significant contribution to the Pathways to Business programme from our own financial resources, we cannot achieve our objectives without the support of individuals and organisations in the wider business community. Your support for this initiative will make a meaningful and lasting contribution to individuals, communities and business. Professor Andrew Burke Dean of Trinity Business School
