RECYCLING PLAY BADMINTON WITH A “GREEN” MINDSET Since 2021 most of FZ FORZA’s and VICTOR’s club collection has been made of polyester created from recycled plastic bottles, and next year’s collection is no exception. • All club tees, shorts and skirts are made of 100% recycled polyester. • Jackets and pants are produced in a minimum of 88% recycled polyester. FUN FACT On average it takes around 25 bottles to make 1 shirt. For a pair of shorts or a skirt it takes around 15 bottles to make, meaning that you basically go on court wearing 40 plastic bottles when buying your club apparel from FZ FORZA or VICTOR. PET bottles are collected and chopped Chopped bottles are processed into chips After being washed the chips are melted into fiber 8 Yarns are pulled from the melted polyester The raw filament yarns are spun into yarn then woven into a variety of different fabrics
