1. INTRODUCTION We are pleased to welcome you as a valued partner in our shared commitment to responsible business practices. This section introduces the scope of our Code of Conduct (hereafter referred to as “CoC”) and who it applies to. 1.1. Our commitment to responsible business At Nine United, we are committed to operating with honesty and integrity across all areas of our company. W e recognise that our responsibilities extend beyond our own operations. That is why we seek to build lasting relationships with suppliers who are committed to understanding and addressing the ir social and environmental impact s. 1.2. Who this Code of Conduct applies to This CoC applies to all Nine United companies , as well as all suppliers and partner s who manufacture products or provide services for Nine United or its subsidiaries. By entering into a business relationship with us, the supplier agrees to comply with the standards and principles defined in this document. All companies, suppliers, and partners (hereafter referred to as “signees”) are expected to comply with this CoC; however, specific sections may not be applicable depending on the nature of operations. 1.3. Legal compliance and international standards This CoC is based on ILO C onventions , the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights , as well as the International Bill of Human Rights . Signees must comply with this CoC and all applicable laws and regulations in the countries they operate. If national law and international human rights standards differ, follow the higher standard – if they conflict, internationally recognised human rights must be respected to the greatest extent possible. 1.4. S ignee responsibilities Cooperation and participation in audits and assessments, either conducted by Nine United or an appointed third - party, is required , along with cooperation with Nine United on trainings and data sharing. A contact person who is responsible for communicating this C o C and its requirements internally, as well as communicating with Nine United, must be designated. 2025 Code of Conduct p. 3
