MOUNTING INSTRUCTION DRAWER SYSTEM (PART ONE) A floor based system built on frames, crossbars, and drawers. Can be placed in e.g. closets and laundry rooms - freestanding, and on wheels. Combine drawer units and add accesso- ries to build a storage system fitting your needs and space e.g. under a staircase. Drawers can be used in existing wardrobes or cupboards, when slid into runners, mounted onto the wardrobe side walls. You need the following to assemble your solution: • Mallet Before mounting, make sure to secure that you are working on a non-sensitive surface – for example on a carpet or on a floor that withstands the assembly work. START BY FASTENING THE CROSSBARS TO THE FRAMES CROSSBAR (with “single tooth) DRAWER FRAME (with the glides pointing inwards) 1. Start by fastening the first crossbar to the first drawer frame, using the mallet. Use the crossbar with the “single tooth” (and a flat top). Again, secure that the surface you are working won’t be damaged. Secure that the “glides” on the frame are pointing inwards. Also secure that the frame isn’t upside down (the top of the frame is where the upper glide is closest to where the frame ends). 2. Fasten the second cross- bar and frame. 3. Turn the structure upside down and repeat the process with the crossbars with “double teeth”. The crossbar with “double teeth” is used to fasten the casters (rolling) or the translucent feet (stationary). ROLLING DRAWER SYSTEM STATIONARY DRAWER SYSTEM 1. If you have chosen to have wheels/casters on your drawer system, attach these. First fasten the rubber box-shaped part onto the crossbar teeth. 2. Then click in the casters into the hole in the rubber box. 1. If you have chosen to have a “stationary” drawer system, attach the translucent feet by firmly pressing them onto the crossbar. © 2022 Elfa International AB. L Nygatan 7, SE-211 38 Malmö, Sweden.
