Dinex recognizes that for truly Low-NO X tailpipe emissions, the combination of high-performance mixers, integrated e-heaters, high thermal durability Cu-SCR and Vanadate-SCR with low secondary emissions is needed to achieve the tight emission targets. The used Cu-SCR formulation ensures a high NO X conversion even after a harsh thermal ageing which can occur in active DPF regeneration. The Vanadate SCR formulation can be designed according to the customer needs, i.e. the application conditions. It is highly resistant against sulphur poisoning and can tolerate also high THC concentrations for which it has also some oxidation performance. These features together with the low N 2 O formation makes this catalyst the dedicated one for the close coupled position, in front of the oxidation catalyst.
