About Dinex - Company Values Dinex has always been a company driven by strong values. Al- though the values hasn’t changed throughout the years, it was not until a seminar in 2006 that the current 5 core values was formally written down for the first time. And all of a sudden, it was like they had been with us right from the beginning. They represent a healthy, fundamental way of acting as hu- man beings. Not just in the way we behave at work, but also generally in the way we interact with people in all walks of life - with integrity, honesty, realism, holism and openness. Everything we do, and the way we do it, should be tied into these values. In the way we cooperate, the way we lead, the way we find solutions to our challenges, and how we service our customers. It is the recipe for the open, agile and respon- sive culture that Dinex is known for – and an important part of how we ensure a great workplace for all.
