We work for cleaner air and a healthier environment for all Introduction The Transport industry is facing a massive transformation over the next 5-25 years, and the initial steps are being taken already now. New emission standards are kicking in shortly before 2030, but already now, the in- dustry, Including Dinex, are preparing the innovative technologies that are enabling compliance to the new re- quirements. Meanwhile, different regions of the world are pursuing different paths to decarbonized transport, with everything from bio-fuels, hydrogen combustion engines, fuel-cells and batteries being in play. Dinex stands by our commitment of being an enabler of clean transportation, and with the diversification of technologies we foresee happening towards 2050, we have a strong focus on diversifying together with the in- dustry. At the same time, we support the Aftermarket with solutions for extending the lifetime of components through a range of solutions for reconditioning and remanufacturing. With this 2 nd Environmental, Social and Governance Report from the Dinex Group, we will demonstrate our progress within the previously defined metrics, and how we are moving Dinex in a more sustainable direction, while supporting the positive movements of the industry. As a preparation for compliance to the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) from the EU, we will also disclose the results of our Double Materiality Assessment, and how it aligns with the already disclosed metrics of this ESG report.
