We work for cleaner air and a healthier environment for all Introduction The Dinex Group has a long history of commitment to a cleaner environment through our products. Our inno- vative Exhaust Aftertreatment solutions and technologies are installed in more than 1 million vehicles world- wide and are everyday removing tons of pollutant emissions from Diesel- and Gas-powered heavy-duty vehi- cles, agricultural applications, and construction machines. Sensible consumption of resources and respectful responsibility to our employees is something which is deep- ly rooted in the Dinex culture. We have always striven to do more, with less, and to provide a work environment that builds up and develops people on a both professional and personal level. So even though this is the first ever Environmental and Social Corporate Governance (ESG) report from the Dinex Group, it does not reflect any major change of direction for Dinex. What it does reflect however, is a new level of determination and transparency in the Dinex Group’s efforts to minimize it’s environmental and climate footprint, while contributing to better social conditions for our em- ployees and enabling decarbonization throughout the value chains of which we are a part of.
