Outdoor living is engrained into our antipodean culture. Core to our DNA is the summer spirit and a way of life that is rich in nature and light on its feet. It has been an exciting year for Coco Republic with our global expansion into California. California has strong synergies with our own lifestyle and a place in my heart having visited so many times during my career. It is a climate characterized by fresh air, open skies, the sounds of nature and sunshine all in abundance. I am thrilled to bring to you a guide for outdoor living a key category for the Coco Republic brand reinforced by our ethos of bringing design to outdoor living. It is my strong belief that the pieces you select for your home should harmonise with your home’s exterior architecture, either supporting it or creating it. In our designs, we have experimented with the use of materials, tones and textures. Explicitly striking is the use of natural ancient stones. Travertine is among one of the oldest building materials, renowned for its natural warmth, textured surface and intriguing variation. Relatedly, Venato Carrara marble is a metamorphic rock, born millions of years ago and well-liked for its subtle grey nuances and unmatched natural beauty.
