Terms & Conditions - Retain & Earn Incentive: 1. The Retain & Earn incentive is available to all active members of the Botle Buhle Brands (BBB) sales force. 2. The Recruits first 3 months start from the moment they register with BBB. Should the registration occur after the 15th of the month then the following month will be considered as their first month. 3. The Recruit only has one opportunity to complete the 90-day onboarding and only first-time registrations will be considered. 4. Recruiters must achieve the specified minimum monthly sales targets for 3 consecutive months to qualify, and their recruits must also meet the specified minimum monthly sales targets for 3 consecutive months to qualify. 5. New consultants can still earn their Join & Earn reward if they meet the required sales criteria, even if their recruiter does not qualify for the Recruit & Earn or the Retain & Earn incentive. 6. Sales force members must remain active throughout the incentive period. If a member becomes inactive at any time, they lose their right to receive rewards. 7. Products offered as rewards are selected solely at the discretion of the BBB Support Office and may vary based on availability. 8. Incentive rewards will be distributed through Managers and/or Distributors one month after the paid sales month. 9. Only fully paid sales will count toward the incentive qualification. Sales force members with outstanding amounts related to the incentive sales targets owed to their Manager or Distributor will not qualify for their rewards. 10. The Retain & Earn incentive may be modified, updated, or terminated at the discretion of the BBB Support Office. 11. Failure to meet the criteria in any of the first 3 months will disqualify the recruiter from receiving the Retain & Earn Reward. 12. Recruits registered via pay-in sheets will disqualify the recruiter from receiving awards. 13. Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation in meeting the sales or recruitment targets will result in immediate disqualification from the incentive, and no rewards will be issued. 14. All participants must comply with BBB’s general policies and procedures. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the incentive.
