Eurowind Energy – ESG report 2022 UN Sustainable Development Goals Eurowind Energy supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We believe we can make a particularly significant contribution to six of the goals, which serve as a frame for all of our work with sustainability. GOAL 7: AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY Generating clean and reliable sources of renewable power is the core of all we do. Our business of developing, constructing and operating renewable energy parks increases access to clean and affordable energy which is crucial for the economic growth of nations and human welfare. 12 GOAL 13: CLIMATE ACTION We are committed to building a sustainable future through our renewable energy solutions. We understand the vital role the transformation of the electricity sector plays in tackling the climate emergency. Our business activities contribute actively and decisively to a sustainable and low-carbon future. GOAL 5: GENDER EQUALITY We are determined to create and maintain an inclusive workplace and strive to achieve gender equality in line with SDG 5. We are committed to providing equal treatment and opportunities to all employees as well as candidates in the hiring process.

Eurowind Energy – ESG report 2022 GOAL 8: DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH We are contributing to SDG 8 by committing to maintain a work environment with fair terms of employment, proper working conditions and zero discrimination. GOAL 12: RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION In line with SDG 12, we are working on creating sustainable production and consumption patterns by reducing, reusing and recycling resources. GOAL 16: PEACE, JUSTICE AND STRONG INSTITUTIONS We take a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, bribery and facilitation payments. We do not use or tolerate any form of forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking, or child labour in accordance with SDG 16. 13
