User Guide For ABO/APC STEP 1 Choose the form that you want. Click “I ACKNOWLEDGE”. STEP 2 Click the icon on your top right to proceed to the next step. STEP 3 Click the green button at the bottom to send the I-Authorisation to your upline. STEP 4 You will automatically be redirected to the WhatsApp platform. Select your upline’s contact number from your contact list. ! The authorisation message that you selected will appear. Type in the necessary information (your name and ABO/APC number, your upline's name and ABO number, and the date that you are sending the message) for Membership Renewal / Product Purchase / Credit Voucher Usage. Send this WhatsApp message to your upline.

User Guide For Upline STEP 1 You will receive an authorisation message via WhatsApp from your downline for you to either: 1 Renew their ABO or APC membership 2 Purchase products on their behalf 3 Use the Credit Voucher on their behalf Please do not delete the message STEP 2 To proceed, please show the message at the counter of any Amway Shop and forward the message to Amway’s Customer Careline 014 670 8760 on the spot (at the shop as witnessed by an Amway staff)
