CODE OF CONDUCT Our business partners. This Code of Conduct is applicable to all contracts with our suppliers, agents, and other business partners. We expect them to: • Always comply with relevant national and international laws and other provisions. • Conduct risk and/or impact assessment to identify and prioritize human rights and environmental risks in their supply chains. • Implement the requirements of the law and this code through their own policies and processes and communicate this to their suppliers. • Establish effective operational-level grievance mechanisms for all individuals and communities who may be adversely impacted, with helplines/whistleblowing channels that workers can use anonymously and without fear of retaliation. Any relevant complaints must be shared with Kramp immediately via csr@kramp.com. • Maintain accurate records of grievance complaints and other social or environmental incidents and grant Kramp access to these records - through information requests or audits - where any breaches or risk of breaches are found. Our ethical business behaviour We do not tolerate any acts on corruption, extortion, embezzlement, conflict of interest or bribery. Our buying responsibility We want to make sure that our buying practices do not put pressure on the production facilities that can result in social circumstances at any level in the supply chain that are below our or international standards. Suppliers and other business partners can inform us via csr@kramp.com at any time if they feel this is the case and we will take corrective actions. 4
